# \[ 2장 ] BAD-RP

### \[ 제 1조 ] 기본 처벌 기준

* 본 규정의 기본 처벌 기준은 아래와 같습니다.

| 처벌 항목 | 내용       |
| ----- | -------- |
| 구금    | **300분** |
| 서버 경고 | **1회**   |

* 집행법률에 별도로 기재되지 않은 **BAD-RP 행위**는 본 규정을 기준으로 처리됩니다.

### \[ 제 2조 ] BAD-RP 해당 행위

다음과 같은 행위는 **BAD-RP**로 간주될 수 있습니다.

* **의도적인 볼링 행위**\
  → 차량 또는 물체를 이용하여 비정상적으로 상대를 공격하거나 RP를 방해하는 행위
* **이없살**\
  → 충분한 RP 과정 없이 상대를 일방적으로 사살하는 행위
* **지속적인 분쟁 유도 및 반복적인 RP 방해**
* 그 외 운영진 판단 하에 **정상적인 RP 흐름을 저해한다고 판단되는 행위**

### \[ 제 3조 ] 운영 원칙

* BAD-RP 여부는 **영상 증거 및 상황 전체**를 바탕으로 판단됩니다.
* 반복적이거나 고의성이 명확한 경우, 기본 처벌 외 **추가 제재**가 적용될 수 있습니다.
* RP 분위기를 해치거나 다른 이용자의 플레이 경험을 심각하게 저해하는 경우, 운영진 판단에 따라 **강한 처벌**이 가능합니다.
