### \[ 제 1조 ] 보호구역 RP진행

* 보호구역 내에서 차량을 탈취하거나 시비 등(RP유도)의 모든 행위를 고의적으로 진행 한 경우, 해당 규정과 포함하여 처벌을 진행

### \[ 제 2조 ] 준보호구역에서 선RP 진행

* 준호보구역에서 선RP를 걸었을 경우에 해당 규정에 의거하여 처벌을 진행한다.
* 공무원이 범법행위를 잡기위한 선RP는 처벌하지 않는다.

### \[ 제 3조 ] 보호구역 소음공해

* 보호구역 내부 또는 인근에서 차량 공회전, 드리프트, 휄스핀, 크락션 등으로 보호구역에 소음을 유발하는 경우.

### \[ 제 4조 ] RP도중 보호구역 진입

* 도주RP 진행도중 보호구역에 들어와 차를 바꾸거나 시간을 끄는 행위를 할 시에 해당 규정에 의거하여 처벌을 진행한다.
* 고의적으로 보호구역을 악용, 들낙을 하거나 **상대방을 조롱 할 경우 구금 180분**을 집행한다.
* **고의성이 없다고** 판단될 경우, **1차 구두 경고** 진행한다.
