# 제 15장 공무원 관련법

### \[ 제 1조 ]

경찰이 소지품 검사를 진행해야 할 경우, 반드시 유치장으로 이송 후 검사를 진행해야 한다.단, 다음의 경우에는 현장에서 소지품 검사가 가능하다

* 불심 검문

* 마약 특별 단속

* 불법 행위 현장에 대한 신고 접수

* 강도 RP에서 패배한 경우, 현장에서의 집행 시 불법 무기 압수 가능하다.

* 단, 불법 무기 외 일반 불법 물건은 압수할 수 없다.

* 신문지를 장착한 상태에서 불법 무기 압수 시, 해당 신문지도 함께 압수된다.

* 즉흥/수배 RP에서 도주자 또는 수배자가 패배한 경우, 다음 처리가 가능하다

* 범죄 행위에 대한 가중 처벌
* 불법 무기 및 불법 물건 압수

- 수배에 지원한 참여자의 경우

불법 무기 압수 후 벌금 또는 구금이 함께 집행된다.

### \[ 제 2조 ]

공무원의 **전쟁차량**은 원활한 차량 밸런스 유지를 위해 다음과 같이 제한한다.

**\[ 출근 중인 공무원 인원 기준 ]**

* 3명 이하 : 1대
* 4명 \~ 6명 : 2대
* 7명 \~ 10명 : 4대
* 11명 \~ 15명 : 6대
* 16명 \~ 20명 : 8대
* 21명 이상 : 10대

※ 기준 인원은 실제 출근 중인 공무원 인원을 기준으로 산정됩니다.\
※ 차량 제한 수량을 초과하여 운용할 수 없습니다.  (이를 어기는경우 **서버법률 미숙지로** 처벌된다)

※ 운영진 판단에 따라 서버 상황 및 밸런스를 고려하여 조정될 수 있습니다
